I coauthored the book Fearless Feedback: A Guide for Coaching Leaders to See Themselves More Clearly and Galvanize Growth.
I bring deep experience in implementing changes of all types and can teach you how to employ strategy, change leadership, teamwork and alignment/accountability to accomplish goals, and bring about bottom line business results. I am a certified Master coach from Hudson Institute, one of the oldest and most well respected accredited coach training programs, and a Master WE-Q Practitioner (a tool for relational and emotional intelligence). I am certified in Nonprofit Lifecycles Capacity Building, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Systemic Team Coaching and Hogan Leaderships Series.”

GETTING PERSONAL
I am a native Arizonian, married with two adult children and one wonderful son-in-law, and part of a large extended family. One of the things I adore about my family is that we play games. We have fun with board games, card games, sporting contests and just about anything where there is some form of competition and laughter.
I am an outdoor person and three of my favorite hobbies are skiing, hiking and scuba diving. I enjoy travel and the opportunity to experience new cultures and approaches. I love to meet people and learn their stories. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to do the work that brings me alive – having conversations that matter and helping others create their best future.
